K-Food & K-Desserts 08.08.2026 (Sat) 13:30-15:30
• 13:30-15:30 Learn to make beloved Korean comfort foods that turn everyday ingredients into dishes shared at home and on the street. They range from kimbap (a go-to picnic food for Koreans) to hotteok (griddle-fried pancakes oozing with melted brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts), and janchi-guksu, warm wheat noodles in a savory anchovy broth traditionally served at weddings, where their long strands symbolize wishes for a long life. Round out the session with a tasting of traditional Korean teas. Gluten-free and vegan options are not available this time.
